How long will my order take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after your design is approved and payment is received. Rush orders may carry an additional fee.

Can I order only one shirt or tumbler?

Yes. Single-item orders are welcome, and bulk discounts are available for larger quantities.

Will I see the design before it is printed?

Yes. Custom designs are sent as a proof or mockup for approval before production begins.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a print error?

Contact us within three days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can review a replacement.

How does shipping work?

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Other shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout.

Can you print any logo or character?

Artwork must be original or used with permission. We may decline designs that violate copyright or trademark laws.
